The only worms I've ever seen come out of a cat are those little rice looking worms. I would agree that he should be kept in his cage for now-if he and C are getting along, maybe they can be buddies when his tummy problems get better! Can you call your vet and just ask if the Flagyl is ok or if he'd like to see MBK again? I don't know what it he has exactly, but I think Flagyl can wipe out most any worms. Could it be tape worm maybe? They are long and threadlike as well.
