Check-Ups

General question for the group, how often do you take your positives for check-ups and how thorough are they?  Also, if you don't vaccinate, how do you protect from airborne or countertop bacteria and viruses?   I think Franklin should get a check-up, but I'm leery of illnesses he might contract at the vet's.  Thanks.    Sharon
