Uh, in defense of the human male species... <grin>
I also know lots of women who don't understand the bond between
guys and their pets. True, for guys that bond is often with a dog
(no accounting for taste), but I've seen women be just as
unreasonable as men, too.
Luckily, my wife is as much a nutcase about our animals as I am.
