Dear Gina & JoAnn,
If she is still eating & seems like she wants to fight this, I would probably let her hang in there as long as she is comfortable & not in pain. I understand how difficult this is. You just wish there was some way you could definitively know what to do. My thoughts & prayers are with you & Sophia.
