- I knew he wouldn't make it until morning...he went in his sleep with my mom by his side. Sadly, I was not there in the room. I upset right now as you can imagine, but in a way, relieved.
- This whole day for him was horrible - he just went so quickly downhill. Just a week ago he was still fairly active and happy. Today...he said his goodbyes. If there was more to be done for him we just didn't have the chance. *sighs*
- I want to thank everyone for the short time I was here - I just wish I came sooner.
