Unfortunantly VERY FEW titers actuall test for FIP..most just look for CORONA.....FIP is believed to be a mutated corona virus..therefore...99.9% of ALL cats..esspecially most rescues, who have been around other kitties..or outside WILL run a high titer.....so I wouldnt really worry that much about it...ONLY if there are other issues present..which if none of this happened untill he got smacked...I would guess it has alot more to do with that than the titer....
