Carla, that's it - you just have to keep hammering away and hope you convince 
a few here and there not to do it.  Yes, the die-hards go somewhere else and 
lie and tell them they're not going to declaw, or they get  a public animal 
shelter kitty - they don't have any policies against declawing and let pretty 
much anyone have a cat.  That's why mine are with me a while or even for ever 
- just don't trust people.
