Yeah, we knew he was retired b/c of the declaw. She did keep him for a while after retiring him but for some reason doesn't want him. She did keep up the professional haircuts though. He is in the open cat room area and I have personally seen him use the litterbox more than once. We tell everyone adopting ANY declawed cat to watch for that and warn them ahead of time.
