I might email them about Nicky's constipation too - sure would like a good stool softener, I worried about him more than the two FELV kitties, because nobody else can medicate him (and catch him!) besides me. Well, maybe a couple of friends who aren't always around..

Gloria; you have been struggling with this for so long with MBK... my monthly CATNIP periodical from Tufts U. school of Veterinary Medicine came several days ago, and I noticed that they have a Q and A. section by the vets. It couldn't hurt to e-mail them about MBK's poop problem- the address is : [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I am also going to post some good web sites from them.. BTW, folks, easter lillies plants, and other members of the lily family can cause severe kidney damage if chewed on!!!!!

- Well, I went away Sunday morning, fed the cats that morning, and left some instructions for feeding them Sunday evening. So that would be twice a day.
- I'd been feeding MBK 3-4 times a day, because of his IBS/IBD. So I had to work out a new feeding plan for somebody else to do. He got less feedings but more food at each feeding. 1 small can of Nutro lamb and turkey, and finished Calawalla's can of Evolve chicken.
- Didn't work as well as I'd hoped - MBK had loose stool - not diarrhea, but very loose. Back to the drawing board (and that was just being gone for 24 hours).
- Any suggestions?
- Gloria
