Yvonne, I am glad you have a nice cats-only vet you like, and that she is reasonable. It is interesting you say they are supposed to be able to charge less because they only need cat equipment - our two cats-only clinics here are very expensive. My friend Faye goes to one of them and they charge her $400 for dentals!!! I get dentals for about $35 (extra for bloodwork, but still nowhere near $400). I took Marmie and Midi there for their ultrasounds by a visiting internist and we paid $600!
