Jamie, it's good your complex doesn't seem to have strays.  Wonder why?  Is 
there a particularly high deposit that discourages most people, or are they 
upscale apartments maybe with more responsible tenants?  Like you?  Or are 
the apartments just fairly new so no population of strays has built up yet?  
I am curious, as I'd like to get the apartment complex owners here to do 
something about their strays. Many of our feral colonies start from cats 
abandoned at apartment complexes.
