Vaccine reactions DO occur, and stress IS a trigger for FeLV. I'd say you have good cause to be concerned, as it could be either of those things. I'd question the continued benefits of vaccinations if the negative reactions are that bad in your case. I have a cat that has bad allergic reactions to vaccines, so I don't vaccinate him if I can avoid it.
