My brother's positive tortie, Jezebel, just had exploratory surgery. Her spleen, which was cancerous, was removed. The vet said if tests show the cancer has spread, he will recommend chemo. but will have to ask a specialist if Jezebel should continue on Interferon while having chemo.
But he said Jez' cancer is tumor induced and chemo may not work on it.
Have anybody's vets recommended stopping Interferon while the kitty is having chemo?
