Yup, I feed wet and dry, as well. Try as I might, I cannot get them off dry food. I have a few hard-core dry eaters and then everybody wants it....
I make 'soup' out of canned food and warm water for my old-timers; they love it! The warmth of the water makes it easier to smell and they lap it right up.
