do you know how overfull no-kill shelters are? do you know what a small
percentage of those even TAKE FeLV+ cats? do you know how long the wait list
is for foster homes and how backed up those are, too? do you know how many
people are unwilling to care for FeLV+ cats, and how many animal lovers
would love to but are unABLE to help because they already have healthy cats?
do you know how many vets REFUSE TO SPAY, NEUTER, OR EVEN GIVE SHOTS to
FeLV+ cats because all they want to do is put them down?

obviously, you don't.

i'm really surprised to see such blatant ignorance on this list.

educate yourself before you post. please.

Not to start a fight here....but you and your comments are the ONLY ignorance i have ever seen on this board. Saying it is rediculous is not being rude and uneducated, i just believe NO animal that is healthy should EVER be put down....yes i reolize that stupid people...or uncaring people put animals to sleep....but as long as i have been on this list, i have never heard any of these people say they might have to PTS unless their cat was in pain. Sorry...JMO....no need to argue about it. if you want to go and say rude things...back.... go ahead, i am HERE to learn from these people and do what i CAN to help the cats. Thanks...have a nice day! :)
