Don't know that it is a particularly good way, but when I have had in-house infestations, I have taken the kitties out of the house for a few hours and set off home foggers. Treated the cats, of course, and used Siphotrol spray (available from vet) on areas where the cats lounge the most. Also vacuum frequently. For controlling around doors and windows, I have dusted with diatomaceous (sp?) earth (from feed store, not the swimming pool kind).

I know this is really off topic and that I haven't posted in a long while but I have a question about fleas. Anyone know a good way to get rid of them without having to call an exterminator?
