Lisa,
    I am finding out that AOL's and Compuserve's browsers won't display Sophie's website.  Did you try Internet Explorer?  I know it didn't work for me when I tested it today on Compuserve but it did fine on Internet Explorer and also Firefox, not sure about Netscape.  AOL and Compuserve have lousy browsers, I am finding out more and more.
