PS. Buddies tube was no where near this long (as the sample on the feeding tube website), it was only about 5 or 6 inches outside her body and some vets have even gone shorter, I wouldn't go any longer than 6 inches (I've seen some kitties with 2 feet or mare and it just makes it harder for the food to go all the way through, the girl I mentioned, her kitties was only an inch or so outside her kitties body and it worked well for them).
