You didn't answer my question.  Why didn't you just ask?
OK, this contentiousness is getting to be a little disturbing.

Let's be honest, Ong, you have been a bit mysterious and vague since you arrived on the list. While we can all appreciate good information, I find it hypocritical to refuse to cite your own sources and then criticize another list member for using the phrase "it is said" and claiming it lacks credibility. What credibility do you have? I think it is important to understand the source of your information--I don't think it was hostile for anyone to ask if you were a vet and what your credentials are since you have been providing a lot of seemingly scientific information. The kind of information that generally needs a bibliography and credit given to an author. Plus, we have never seen you on this list before. I've seen Tad a bunch of times.

Don't get upset with us for questioning someone who comes out of the blue and who has, quite frankly, not been easy to talk to.

We don't know you and you've been a lot defensive and occasionally hostile to list members who have been here for a long time. While I am sure we all want to give everyone a chance to participate and learn from one another, and I certainly welcome new information and explanations for this illness, I am not finding this defensive back and forth very helpful.

Relax. I don't speak for anyone else on the list, just myself, but I cannot imagine I am the only one who has been bothered by this interchange.
