Thank you to all for your continued prayers and good vibes/energy/thoughts.
I was able to bring Simon home yesterday. He is eating on his own-- up to
half a can of fancy feast at a time several times a day plus lots of treats--
but
I am still syringe feeding him A/D as well to be sure he gets enough. I am
giving him fluids and lots of pills from the vet to stimulate appetite and
decrease nausea, as well as his steroids which do both but also fight the
lymphoma. He is eating better than before, but does not have much energy. i
worry
about this because his hematocrit was quite low when I took him home-- 15-- and
I
am scared it will drop more or has already dropped. he got a transfusion on
tuesday and seeing if he can hold his own will apparently mean a lot in his
fight. he mostly is just sitting on a chair near the heater or in a cat bed on
top of the closet, though he went outside for a bit this morning, walks to use
the litterbox, jumps up to the top of the closet (about 4 feet from the
bureau) and a few times has left his chair to eat (but I usually have to bring
it to
him). I am nervous, but glad that he at least has these days, eating deli
slices and treats and being with his sisters.

Thanks again and please keep up your thoughts and prayers-- I really do think
it helps, even though I do not really have any theology I totally subscribe
to--
Michelle
