Yeah, that's just KMR milk substitute for kittens. We tried to give it to Gary when she had a URI, just to get some extra nutrients in her (and it's easier to syringe than food.) You'd have to give a full size cat a LOT for it to add up to their daily calorie requirement but it's better than no calories at all.
