There are pros & cons on vaccinating. My FeLV+ cats have never had any
bad reaction from being vaccinated. You can bring in Distemper on your
shoes. There is only one vet in my area that can pull a cat thru
distemper. It is a horrible way for a cat to die. There is a virus that
can cause a cat to have ulcers in it's mouth. I heard one of my cats
scream in pain from the ulcers in her mouth. I NEVER want to hear a
sound like that again. If she had had the "Run of the Mill" vaccines
that are given to cats before I got her this would never had happen.
With another cat the ulcers had eaten a hole in her toung. I had to
choice but to put her down.
