I've asked about the tracking too.  For whatever reason, my vet says it 
isn't possible.  The vet has paid for it in advance, the distributor 
won't ship it COD, so I know they are as concerned about it's 
whereabouts as I am.  The only thing that might hold it up is an 
overzealous border guard.
