The problem is likely this part:
download: |
mumps, scalapack, blacs, ml
If you remove this, then it should find the correct ParMETIS. If you need
to build PETSc with any of these packages, then we will have to fix them in
HashStack.
Manipulating PATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH is probably not the way to go.
