I should add that the Ubuntu packages in the fenics-dev PPA does not currently include the mesh files needed for the demos because it is not possible to run the download-demo-data script since the Launchpad build service does not allow to download files during package generation. I guess I can solve this by downloading the mesh files and include it in the tarball before sending it to Launchpad. I will take a look.
