Yes, but I think most of them are generated from the same source
package as the programs/libraries.

We already have a separate package (dolfin-doc) for the DOLFIN demo
programs and data files, but it is generated from the same source
package as the other DOLFIN packages. Since this only affects the
packages generated from the git master branch and not the stable
packages, I don't think it is necessary to change the packages.
Instead, I will try to run download-demo-data before generating the
source tarball and then use this to build the package.
