Building on Elcaset's mascot idea, maybe we could set up a "get your
picture taken with your favorite project mascot" and just make sure we have
confirmed a few people to wear those costumes. I know where we could get
the penguin and the gnu costumes and think the orgs that have them would be
happy to lend them out. The bonus would be 500+ awesome new pictures for
the LFNW website.
