The odd thing is, festival version has not changed in a long while. 
Both fedora 14 & 15 have same version of festival.  But audsp files
*did* differ.  So I tried F14's version of the file on F15 and that did
not change anything.

However, I tried Alan's suggestion using text2wave.  It seems to work,
it exits.  So now I need to figure how to incorporate the needed changes
into nagios to see if that helps.
