Well, my answer to that (currently) would be... this is _Hinata_.
She's on a team with Kiba, so of course she's heard some foul language
before (as much as Kiba might try to 'clean up' in front of her), but
she was raised in a very strict and proper household with a very high
standing in the village. She was probably drilled from a very early
age in the concept that swearing is bad- for young ladies
_especially_.
As Hinata's interactions with her peers were probably somewhat limited
by her shy demeanor and the unconscious distance that kids would put
between themselves and the 'rich kid that we're not supposed to
upset,' Hinata might not have had any female friends to demonstrate
for her that yes, girls can be pretty vile in their own right, so
hearing Sakura curse up a storm might feel a bit... liberating, maybe?
That's one way to look at it, at any rate...
