I am attempting to convert a 0.2fps Slideshow.mov to 25fps using the fps filter. The problem is the first output frame pauses for 5 seconds. When viewing the output video I expect the frame counter to increment at a rate of 25fps but it remains on 0 for the first 5 seconds.
