Fred Eisele <[email protected]> added the comment: In the previous post where I had stated removing the <Stream viewport1.swf>...</Stream> had caused the program to go away I had also deleted the /tmp/feed1.ffm file. When I restored the viewport1.swf stream the problem did not return. After I had a chance to sleep on this I realized the problem actually comes from the /tmp/feed1.ffm file.
Apparently, that file had gotten corrupted. I have attached a corrupted version of that file which causes similar bad behavior. Note that it doesn't cause exactly the same behavior I reported but it does cause ffserver to hang when feeding it via http. File 'feed1.ffm' not attached - you can download it from https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/roundup/ffmpegfile192. ____________________________________________________ FFmpeg issue tracker <[email protected]> <https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/roundup/ffmpeg/issue855> ____________________________________________________
