No, Chroma was listed originally because its license was not LGPL-compatible,
and it is still listed, because you don't even try to completely fulfil section
4 of the LGPL.
Note that I am not a native speaker and may well misunderstand the meaning of
the word "accompany", but since the same word exists in German (and French) and
you did not try to convince me that you are "accompanying" the binary with the
source (at least in some way), I doubt that is the case.
(To help you understand the issue: The word has something to do with "hand in
hand" - I wonder if you would argue that, on your website, the download
references for source and binary go "hand in hand".)
