I have, multiple times, all versions.  Can you tell the versions apart?
Do you know which version(s) FFmpeg is released under?  It does not seem

You are quoting from (L)GPL version 3, this is not the version that
applies here.  Furthermore, this is not about distributing *source* but
binaries.  For binaries a different paragraph applies.
