I tried to mux an AVI File w/o Audio and an Ac3 File, 448 kbps 5.1 
together as AVI.
ffmpeg -i avi-wo-audio.avi -vcodec copy -i audio.ac3 -acodec copy -f avi 
finished.avi

The Outcome has the Files Muxed together but no player can play the 
Audio inside.

Video and Audio seperatley are correct. Muxed together on Windows using 
AviMuxgui also works fine.

I added the Output from Avinaptic on the correct muxed file with 
AviMuxGui and the second one is same Files muxed with FFMpeg.
