It starts playing, Audio is there bit now Video is like fast forward and totally
out of sync.

U Talk about references ? Well FFmpeg writes either a bad Audio header or bad
AVI DML header. (Check Avinaptic outputs)
Im not familiar with the exact standards but my Philips BluRay player and my
Philips LCD TV wont play this File either.

The Muxed one with Avimuxgui works flawless in ANY Player using same input
Files. So i gues there is some Issue with FFmpeg. Not even FFplay can play it
fine....
