New submission from Devin Cofer <[email protected]>: Looking at the "Gygan" software, they contain so many pieces of (L)GPL software that it is certain there are at least more than a dozen violations of various projects, including FFmpeg.
There are "libvlc.dll" and "libvlccore.dll" (from what I can tell libVLC is GPLv2), and in the "plugins" directory, a ton of other free software (notably x264). Using a quick grep for "GNU", the ridiculousness must be contained in a pastebin: http://pastebin.ca/2031338 ---------- messages: 13090 priority: normal status: new substatus: new title: Gygan contains an extreme number of license violations topic: (L)GPL violation ________________________________________________ FFmpeg issue tracker <[email protected]> <https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/issue2458> ________________________________________________
