### WHAT
I am trying to convert a video to flv format maintaining its (almost exact
= less than 0,5s) duration.
### THE PROBLEM
Generated flash is longer than the input file.
Input file duration: 00:01:46.02
Output file duration: 00:01:47.24
I can make the difference smaller by reducing -ar 44100 to 11025, but
still it is larger than 0,5s (which is much for me).
