Hi,
Step 1: use ffmpeg (the application) to split mp4 video into ts segments
and m3u8 playlist. This playlist can be played well without problem.
Step 2: use ffmpeg to transcode these ts into lower bitrate, lower
height/width, keep old file name and play it with playlist created in step
1. Video will be distored, can not be playd well, because transcoded ts
file was changed in duration, and frame.
