These step is use to reproduce the bug.
In our environment, when ts files is produced, we don't have .mp4 file
anymore. To make adaptive bitrate works, we have to transcode ts -> ts
with different bitrate, and size.

Why are you reencoding the output files of the segment muxer? I don't
think this is supposed to work.
