my situation is, after segment mp4 into ts files successfully, my
application (which use ffmpeg api) read ts file, then transcode it into
lower bitrate, size for other devices to use.
What you 're talking about is absolutely right if it work. But, why ffmpeg
can transcode using m3u8 playlist input but cannot transcode single ts
file to produce output with right duration, and frame?
