After reading some more of the docs I also just tried adding the `-vsync
cfr` option with the hstack as it sounded like it would 'smooth' out any
not quite exactly `0.250000` times. This seems to stop the `non
monotonically increasing dts` errors when using the `null` muxer. Although
I then get lots of RTSP and decoding errors which I presume is because
it's now trying to decode 3 videos at once rather than just copy/dump them
as before.
