Sorry for the useless suggestion of {{{timestamps}}}, I mixed something
up. If the rtsp server you use cannot provide wall clock timestamps there
is no way you can synchronize the streams. (The same is true in case the
server does provide correct timestamps but FFmpeg cannot read them.)
