Have you checked the http options? https://www.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg-protocols.html#http I have no experience, but I could imagine you need the option "-chunked_post 0". And since you set the Content-Type with curl, you may need to do so with ffmpeg as well, using "-content_type video/mp4".
