Pretty sure it would work as is if ffmpeg supported different method actions for the output. The docs make it sound like it only does when acting as a server.
I'll try to see in code where HTTP method type is hardcoded. Having input and output straight from/to S3 would be a great demonstration. Would make transcoding pipelines much simpler.
