I have absolutely no problem using ffserver; I stream FLV's from live
capture cards all the time using it. However, it seems that no matter
how I try, getting RTSP output working is impossible. I have noticed
other posts expressing the same frustrations. Even using the example
config on the FF site does not work. I'm using:

Has anyone EVER streamed ANYTHING with ffserver's RTSP output? I have
struggled with this and have run out of things to try to make it work.
I've attempted to stream mpg files, as well as V4L sources with are
known to work with ffserver's FLV output.

Also, it seems 3gp output is broken as well. ffserver will only serve
the first 123 bytes. (I know the docs don't mention 3gp as being
supported, but it seems the ffserver attempts to do it.)
