I just wash and dry them in the machine. Most of the time they felt up
wonderful and I make teddy bears out of it. Sometimes I make clothes and
hats for the bears, too. It depends on the type of sweater, some of them
work better than others. Iclandic sweaters work great, shetland sweaters
don't felt much, and I had some 100% wool army issue sweaters that refused
to felt at all. Most of them are somewhere in between. Have lots of bears
