All,
I just got the latest issue of Spin Off yesterday. I've already
posted to another list, and don't want to do a lot of cross posting
of the same thing, but-----Am I the only one not impressed by the
sweater on the SO cover? I can't imagine taking the time and trouble
to spin up yarn to use on something so, so, so... uninspiring. I keep
thinking that it's so busy, and so unorganized looking--garter stitch
here, stst there, with some mauve striping over there, behaving as if
it's looking for a home; the white on the torso that just sort of
leaps out at you, the horizontal striping that's not figure
flattering....
Go ahead. <thwack> me. I can take it. :)
