The speed of the flyer is the important measurement. Is the AA rpm's the
motor or the flyer. If it's the flyer that is pretty fast. The Fricke web
page quotes "the flyer rpms are up to 1500" and that has been plenty fast
for my spinning for the last 6 yrs. My fingers aren't as nimble as they used
to be ,so keeping up is getting harder.
Are the pulley sizes different on the two flyer assys. If so that would be
the reason why he supplies two assys. It would make for different ratios.
