I order books from AmazonUK, because it is the only affordable source I have in Sweden for US books. I used to order from Amazon when I was at Sammen Farm in western MN. I had no choice in MN - 140 miles from Minneapolis/St Paul. My point is that if you have a choice, order from a small dealer to help them stay in business. If you don't have that option, then the biggies provide a service too.
