I have a Woolee Winder for my Ertoel Electronics, and it also gets stuck. The lady who owned the Winder before me says that there's a bit of one of the interior nylon parts that is missing a corner and probably needs to be replaced. I get passed the sticking by giving my yarn a bit of a yank and it starts drawing on properly again. I don't have any contact info for the maker, though. I believe I heard that the gentleman passed away, and not sure what his family is doing with the patent on the Woolee Winder.
